About Conquest & Challenge for Middle School

Conquest and Challenge

What is Conquest and Challenge?

These two Catholic youth ministry programs (Conquest for boys, Challenge for girls) help middle schoolers to encounter their Faith in a fun, exciting atmosphere. They are focused on growth in virtue, friendship with Christ, and service to others.

When and Where are Conquest & Challenge held?

Both are held at Holy Spirit parish (403 Scofieldtown Rd., Stamford) on Monday nights, from 6:30-‐8pm, twice per month.

Who is leading the group?

Fr. Joseph Gill, chaplain at Trinity High School, along with a committed team of parents, young adults, and high school teens lead the charge!

Who can come? What does it cost?

This group is open to all middle schoolers in Stamford! There is no cost!

How do I sign up?

You can either contact Fr. Joseph at frjosephgill@gmail.com or at 203-‐322-‐3401 (at Trinity High School) or 203-‐322-‐3722 (at Holy Spirit). OR, you can just show up any night and sign up there!

Why should I be a part of Conquest & Challenge?

Well, because it is fun! Conquest & Challenge are engaging, fun ways to help middle schoolers deepen their faith, among a community of other teens who love the Lord and with adults who are good Catholic mentors. Plus, did I mention it’s fun? Sports, games, food, videos, skits, Bible stories, lives of the saints, hanging out with friends, loving Jesus…good times had by all!
