Registration for 2025-2026 is Officially Open!!
We are thrilled that you have chosen us as partners in your child's faith formation.
For Catholic School families
If this is a sacrament year for your child it is important that they participate in the full preparation for the sacrament here at Holy Spirit. Please check with your school as some do provide sacrament prep and some don't. If you are choosing to have your child receive their sacraments with their school you must contact us.
Confirmation Prep begins in September.
First Reconciliation and Communion Prep begins in January
All registrations for Spring 2026 First Holy Communion or Confirmation should be made during our open registration period so that we can adequately plan for materials, spacing and volunteer needs.
Registration Steps

Step 1: Parish RegistrationList Item 1
All participants must be registered parishioners of Holy Spirit Parish to enroll in our Faith Formation Program. If you are not already registered, please complete the following form:

Step 2: Review the Faith Formation Handbook
We consider it important to be clear about our expectations and commitments to you. Please carefully review the Handbook and submit the e-signature page. After you have agreed to our policies proceed to step 3.

Step 3: Diocesan Consent and Release Form
Please Read and Complete the Diocese of Bridgeport Consent and Release Form. This form is required by the Diocese to complete the process of enrollment. Once you have completed this form, email a completed copy to DFF@HolySpiritStamford.org then proceed to step 4.

Step 4: Ensure Sacramental Records are on File
REQUIRED PAPERWORK
- For children in Grades 1, 2 and 7, we require a copy of their baptismal certificate, if it was not already submitted. (please keep originals for your records)
- For 7th graders, we also require a copy of their First Holy Communion certificate, if your child did NOT receive the sacrament of First Holy Communion at Holy Spirit.
Please email scanned copies of these records to rectory@holyspiritstamford.org or printed copies via mail to the Rectory Office
If we already have your records on file you may proceed to step 5.

Step 5: RegistrationList Item 2
Register and submit payment Online for your child's classes.
(Financial assistance is available based on need. Contact the DRE or rectory for details before completing this step.)
If you do not wish to pay online, please request a paper registration form by emailing the Rectory Office.
