Faith Formation Registration

To Register Children for Faith Formation

1. You will need to create an account with Church of the Holy Spirit. You can do that here before you begin registration or use the log in/create an account link when you get to the registration form at step #4 below.
2. (optional) Update your family information on the My Household page. Periodically through the year we will mail information to your home, send emails, and text messages and we need to have up-to-date information for all parents. Add any additional members as necessary. If you do this step first the registration forms can be auto-filled with your information.
3. Go to the Event Finder page. Click the blue See Details button for the Faith Formation class in which you wish to register your child(ren)
4. This will take you to the proper registration form, Complete the form for the first child. To enroll multiple children click Add Another Person at the very bottom of the page.  Each child will be added separately to your cart. You can checkout once to pay for all registrations in a single payment.
5. After entering the details for the last child click Register and Checkout.
6. Review the options selected and click the Pay Now.
7. Enter the payment details and click Pay. You can pay using Google Pay, Apple Pay, Credit/Debit card or Checking/Savings account withdrawal.
8. Payment receipt and registration confirmation are sent via email.
9. Registration is not complete until you have made your payment. If you have an unpaid invoice you will find it on the My Invoices page.

Pre-school through Grade 7 are Invited To Register

Our faith formation program aims to foster discipleship in our youth by providing vibrant encounters with Jesus Christ through the truth and beauty of our Catholic faith. We are committed to empowering parents, the primary educators of their children’s faith, and hope to support the whole family in the process.

We hope you will find support for your children at Holy Spirit as you undertake the holy and dignified work of forming young hearts and minds to know, love, and serve God, the true source of all lasting happiness.

For parents of children in our program who are interested, we invite you to regular opportunities to pray together, to discover together, and to feast together (Catholic feasting)! Our class schedules also are designed so that you are free to attend one of our vibrant Masses as a family just before or after classes. You’ll soon see you’re in good company with many children around.

For Formation In Sacramental Years:

Children preparing for a sacrament must be registered in Holy Spirit’s full sacramental preparation program, unless his/her Catholic school or homeschool provides religious formation. Prior permission from the pastor is required. They are also expected to have received formation in the year prior to preparing for the Sacrament.

Confirmation classes start in September. First Reconciliation and Communion classes begin in December. At Holy Spirit, First Communion and Reconciliation are typically in 2nd grade and Confirmation is in 7th, but students slightly older are still welcome to join in. Anyone else would be invited to join other formation opportunities, just reach out and let us know.

Please register by the deadline to allow for proper planning. Late enrollment is not guaranteed, but when it is permitted, there will be a late fee.
